Moira Robertson
Growing up on and around the sports field, Kwazulu Natal-born Moira Robertson was fascinated by the way bodies function, and their ability to heal after injury. However, it wasn’t until her first year of university that she discovered Chiropractic.
An inquisitive mind and desire to provide her patients with an integrated treatment approach led Moira to study further, plunging her into the field of Scoliosis treatment and Scoliosis bracing for adolescents and adults.
A certified course in Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy and another in Kinesiotaping further cemented her position as a leading Chiropractor, and rounded off her service offering.
Stellenbosch Chiropractic founder, Moira Robertson, has been living and working as a Chiropractor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 2003 – 2015. She has special interest in the conservative treatment of spine and joint conditions.
Treating spinal conditions affecting teenagers and adults led Moira into the field of Scoliosis where she helps patients understand the causes of Scoliosis, the ways of preventing it, as well as how to manage the condition in the long term using bracing and customised rehabilitative exercises.
Moving back to Stellenbosch, South Africa, Moira founded Stellenbosch Chiropractic in 2015 and believes her experience and integrated techniques will contribute immensely to the Western Cape community.
